What to do in an emergency:

We know how troublesome emergencies can be, we are here to help.

Please call us as early as possible. This gives you the best chance of being seen the same day. Emergency slots are assigned on a first come first served basis. Please give us as much information about your problem as possible. For non-registered dental patients, emergency care can not be guaranteed.

The practice is open on Monday to Saturday and on many Sundays at various hours and emergency treatment is provided under private contract only.

If you need urgent medical advice during surgery hours, please telephone the Practice at your earliest convenience on 07550077232.

Please be prepared to give the requested information to the receptionist. If you need to see a doctor urgently when the Practice is closed, please telephone the NHS Direct on 111 or visit the website at www.england.nhs.uk/contact-us/ NHS Direct offers free expert health information and advice 24 hours a day.

This number can also be used if you have a non-urgent medical query or would like information about another health related issue. If English is not your preferred language, you can choose to use a confidential translation service.

When to call "999"

You should telephone 999 for an ambulance when it is obvious that you or another person is seriously ill and in need of immediate emergency care.

Here are some examples of situations when you should telephone 999

  • Someone is unconscious.
  • Someone is bleeding heavily.
  • Someone may have a broken bone.
  • Someone has a deep laceration.
  • Someone has chest pain.
  • Someone is having difficulty in breathing.
